Jack is a recognized hospitality industry expert, and an active voice in diversity, equity, and inclusion. He’s spoken for Bar/Restaurant Expo, DISCUS, The American Distilling Institute, Bar Institute, Rochester Cocktail Revival, Tales of the Cocktail,  Portland Cocktail Week,  San Antonio Cocktail Conference, Wine on Wheels, Chicago Style, Bar Convent Brooklyn, and Tampa Bay Repeal Day. 

As a co-chair of the inaugural Education Committee for Tales of the Cocktail he’s helping shape the conversation in hospitality around social justice, lifestyle, health, addiction, and sustainability.
